Joe started in telecommunications in 1988 and has watched the industry transform from landlines to cloud systems, from basic alarms to AI-powered CCTV. That depth of experience means when he walks into your property, he's seen it all and he knows exactly what will work for you.
What makes Joe different is that he actually turns up. He does the assessment himself, designs the solution himself, and is hands-on through the installation. You're not dealing with a call centre, you're dealing with the person who built the business.
Joe is Hikvision-certified, fully licensed, and has completed thousands of installations across Greater Melbourne from family homes in Bentleigh to commercial fit outs in Dandenong.

Founder & Lead Technician
35+ years in telecommunications and security. Hikvision certified. Personally involved in every assessment and installation.
Joe is a fully qualified telecommunications professional who holds current security licences and is an ACRS Registered Master Cabler. His endorsements cover coaxial, aerial, underground, optical fibre and structured cabling. Joe also holds Certificates II and III in Information Technology and Telecommunications Technology, along with a current Construction Induction White Card.
Edwin
Senior Installation Technician
Edwin works with Action-Priority and undertakes security, telecommunications and installation work. He holds all relevant accreditations, licences and insurance required for his work.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Edwin has extensive knowledge of security and telecommunications products, installation methods and industry services.
Alex
Technician
Alex works with Action-Priority and is responsible for programming and configuring security systems, telecommunications equipment and data networks.
His work includes system setup, product configuration, troubleshooting and ensuring that all systems operate correctly and meet the customer’s requirements.
