Match Trading

The property is a small commercial warehouse where I installed the following CCTV equipment:

• 1 × Hikvision 4MP outdoor mini PTZ camera
• 2 × HI Look by Hikvision 8MP IPC-T289H-MU-SL turret cameras

The customer requested a PTZ camera at the front of the warehouse after their work van was stolen from outside the premises. The CCTV system was installed to monitor vehicles and people entering and leaving the property, as well as to provide additional protection for the customer’s stock, equipment, and vehicles.

52 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy Apartments

This property is a residential building comprising eight apartments.

I installed a Dahua two-wire intercom system consisting of one external door station and 16 internal apartment monitors. I also installed an access control system for the main entrance and four Hikvision CCTV cameras.

Three cameras were installed externally to monitor the perimeter of the building, while one camera was installed in the foyer to monitor people entering and exiting the premises.

The existing intercom system was replaced because it was no longer functioning. The CCTV system was installed due to security concerns and criminal activity in the surrounding area.

Throughout the project, I communicated with Bragabout Strata and the owners corporation committee. I answered technical questions, provided recommendations, and participated in an owners corporation meeting to discuss the proposed intercom, access control, and CCTV systems.

Elite Air, Hallam

Elite Air is an air-conditioning company operating from a combined office and warehouse facility. The warehouse is used to store air-conditioning equipment and materials, which technicians collect before attending installation projects.

I installed four HI Look by Hikvision CCTV cameras, including two external cameras and two internal cameras. I also installed a Paradox alarm system with three passive infrared motion detectors.

The CCTV and alarm systems were installed to monitor people entering and leaving the warehouse, protect the company’s stock and equipment, and reduce the risk of theft, unauthorised access, and break-ins.

NDIS Facility, Dandenong

I installed a Hikvision access control system covering nine entry doors throughout a three-level, multi-tenanted office building.

The access control system allows building management to provide authorised individuals with access to specific doors and restricted areas. It also enables management to generate reports showing access activity and the movements of authorised users throughout the building.



Richmond Bowling Club – CCTV

I installed 12 Hikvision CCTV cameras throughout the Richmond Bowling Club. The cameras were positioned both internally and externally to monitor activity across the site.

The system was installed to improve the safety of customers and staff, deter theft and vandalism, protect the property, and provide recorded evidence in the event of an incident or disputed injury claim.

This is a large site with numerous areas requiring camera coverage. Before the installation, the club was experiencing issues with its existing CCTV system. Money had reportedly been stolen from the cash register, and the existing cameras did not provide adequate image quality or coverage to identify what had occurred.

The new CCTV system provided improved coverage, clearer recorded footage, and greater protection for the club, its customers, and its staff.

Alexander Motor Inn

I installed six TP-Link wired Wi-Fi access points throughout the motel, which is located in regional Victoria.

The motel’s previous Wi-Fi system was inadequate. Guests experienced weak or unavailable Wi-Fi signals in several rooms, slow internet speeds, and frequent connection dropouts. These issues negatively affected the overall guest experience.

I arranged and installed a new Exetel NBN connection with speeds of up to 1000/50 Mbps. I also designed and implemented a new TP-Link wired Wi-Fi network, with each access point connected through structured data cabling to provide improved coverage, reliability, and performance throughout the motel.

Following the installation, the motel experienced a significant improvement in Wi-Fi coverage, internet speed, connection stability, and overall network reliability.
